How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

1) You must notify preferably by email at and all original sales receipts must accompany returns. If you do not have access to email, you may call the customer service line at 1-888-508-1148. We may ask that you take a picture of a returned/damaged item for insurance verification purposes.

2) We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Further description of returns:
    1. Closeout items cannot be returned.
    2. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
    3. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
    4. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
    5. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.
    6. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.
    7. If a product arrives damaged, must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and then a replacement will be sent out. We will need a photo of the damaged product for insurance claim purposes.
    8. Opened poker chips can not be returned. Any poker chips returned will have a 10% restocking fee even if they are not opened. Please review all of your poker chips before opening the wrap packaging on the chips.
    9. Items may not be identical to the picture in the description. Please contact customer service with any specific questions before ordering, as bar room gear cannot be returned for a refund because of slight changes to he logo on the merchandise.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if is not at fault.
Important Notice on Buying Poker Chips:
When buying poker chips, remember that there can be considerable quality differences in the poker chips you buy. Remember to buy the quality of poker chips equal to the quality of your play. If you deal a professional quality look and feel game, then be sure to buy higher quality poker chips.
Many of the lesser quality poker chips may have slight production inequities in their width and sizes. For most poker chip players, this will be unnoticeable. But if you plan on relying on your large stacks to be of equal height, be sure to only buy the higher quality poker chips.
We cannot issue a refund for discrepancies in chip production, such as poker chips having slight color differences or for stacks of chips having slight width variations. Many factors can affect lower quality chips such as time, humidity, and productions batches.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Please remember that any product that is returned or refused not due to any defect is still subject to our actual shipping cost. You will be refunded per policy as above in regards to the product cost, but you will not be refunded the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you.
