How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping? Do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Occasionally we run Free Shipping promotions.  These promotions are only available for our customers in the continental 48 states in the U.S.  This unfortunately does not include APO/AE addresses as well.    

If you are looking to buy in bulk or have a large order you would like to place.  Please contact us at 1-888-508-1148 for any special pricing that may be available.

**During FREE Shipping promotions, other applicable charges may apply to your return due to our cost of shipping and packing associated with your item**  If you are returning a FREE Shipping item, contact customer service for return process and fees associated**  

If an item is returned or refused with no defect, you will be refunded the cost of the product per policy, minus our shipping costs that were incurred.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship between 1-2 business days, with US Postal Service or UPS.  If your order is shipping by freight, shipping time will be longer, possibly 1-2 weeks.  Please allow appropriate time when  your order is shipped by freight.  Custom items will likely take longer, that includes customized poker products or any logo product such as NCAA, NHL, or similar product.  Contact customer service with questions.
*During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 business days for an order to ship.

* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select a UPS 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day service, to ensure delivery on a specific date.

*Orders made with UPS expedited shipping will leave the same business day, if ordered by 1 PM  EST.
**Saturday Delivery is NOT Available**
**Orders in process cannot be upgraded to expedited shipping**

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
For Special Orders:
Hot Stamping can take 2-3 weeks in production before the poker chips are shipped.
Chip Lables can take 3-4 weeks in production before the poker chips are shipped.
Custom Die Creation for Hot Stamping can take 3-4 weeks for production.
