Custom Die for Hot Stamping Poker Chips. Order this to create a custom die from your artwork to be stamped in a gold foil on poker chips. This fee is in addition to the cost to stamp the chips. You must order one of these for every piece of artwork to be stamped.

A custom die is not needed if all you want is standard denominations, or three alpha/numeric characters stamped on your chips. See "Hot Stamp Chips with Gold Foil" for more information.

Creating the die from your artwork will take on average of 2 weeks. This is in addition to the time it takes to stamp the chips.

• Art should be in either .ai, .tif, .eps or .jpg format. All other formats are unacceptible, especially, .doc, .pub, .xls and .eml.
• Art must be at least 600 dpi (dots per inch) in resolution and 1 inch in diameter. Since resolution and size are directly related, a 72 dpi image which is 8.3 inches in diameter is also fine. Art that is vector-based is also acceptible.
• Artwork must be approved before work can begin. If there are problems with the artwork, this could delay the process. In many cases, we can convert various files and images to produce the required format for you at an hourly rate. E-mail our sales department for additional information.
