Shipping Internationally? We ship UPS worldwide, but only ship regular postal mail within the United States. UPS may not be cost effective to ship internationally, but that is all we offer to ship overseas. Add all the items to your cart and then click "estimate shipping costs" from the shopping cart to get a rate quote.

Payment for international orders must be made through a credit card issued from a US bank.

Need to Return Product? Contact our sales department for instructions on how to return products to us. Do not send to the address on this page or you may incur additional charges. No returns will be accepted past 30 days of receipt of the order. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any product returned to us that was not shipped to you damaged or incorrectly.

Want to place an order and pay by check? Register on the site and go all the way through the check out process until you get to the page asks you for your payment method. Don't go any further on the site. Print the page and mail a copy to the address above with a money order or cashier's check made out to DeMay Enterprises, LLC. Failure to register on the site and go to this page may delay processing. Personal or company checks will be held for one week to allow the check to clear before order is processed.

Want Shipping Cost Estimate? Please add the items you want to your cart and then click "Estimate Shipping" from the shopping cart. You do not have to register or log in to find out what your shipping costs are.

Want a tracking number? Tracking numbers are automatically e-mailed to all of our customers by our system once they have shipped. If you cannot locate your tracking number, you can get the tracking number from the "Track Orders" page once your order has shipped.

Freight Estimate Too High? Are you ordering large items, such as Poker Tables or Slot Machines? If so, they cannot be shipped by regular UPS and must go by Freight. If you are ordering more than one large item we may may be able to combine them into one shipment to reduce freight costs. Please contact us for "true" freight costs if this applies to you.

Want to Exchange Links? Do not e-mail us to exchange links. We do not process e-mail requests for link exchanges. We will simply refer you to the webmasters link at the bottom of the Friends and Partners page. There you will find instructions on how to add your link to our site.

Want to know when your order will ship? Under normal circumstances orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Hot stamp orders can take a few weeks to process (refer to product pages for more specifics). Please be aware that 24-48 hours is not a guarantee. Occasionally, especially around holidays, we may take longer to process orders. If you have any concerns and are in a rush to get your order filled, we strongly suggest you place an order with expedited shipping through UPS, even if UPS Ground may get it there on time. Orders placed with expedited UPS shipping get immediate attention and are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after noon eastern time, including rush orders, may not be received until the following business day.

Want to modify or cancel your order? We make every attempt to process your order quickly. Attempting to modify orders in process has a tendency to create numerous problems and slows down our order fulfillment process. Therefore, once an order goes into the system, it cannot be modified. Canceling orders are just as difficult. We will attempt to cancel an order, but cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled before it ships, even if your request is sent to us BEFORE the order ships. You can refuse shipment of any order if it does ship. Extra shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Want a partial shipment? We do not partial ship for the same reason why we cannot modify orders. It is best if you place multiple orders if you want items on your order to ship ahead of items you know may not ship for a while.

Looking for a phone number? You may have noticed, our prices are extremely low. One way we do this is by minimizing our costs by doing almost all our business over the web. Send us an e-mail and we'll respond pretty quickly. We make every effort to respond the same day, but usually respond within an hour. Keep in mind that ALL customers are given our phone number on their order confirmations and receipts.

DeMay Enterprises, LLC will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.

ANYONE attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, WILL be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action.
